Summer Internship – Investment Banking

Wells Fargo’s 10-week Investment Banking internship is open to students graduating between Dec 2026 and June 2027. Locations: San Francisco or Los Angeles.

Job description

As a Summer Intern at Wells Fargo Investment Banking, you’ll support strategic initiatives across M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory. You'll engage in due diligence, pitch books, financial analysis, and strategic discussions with client teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models
Conduct industry and company-specific research
Assist in creating pitch materials and presentations
Participate in client meetings and due diligence
Support deal execution and strategic planning

Job requirements

Expected graduation between Dec 2026 – June 2027

6+ months of relevant experience (internship, school project, or similar)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

Interest in financial markets and investment banking
