Fifth Third Bank is hiring Summer 2026 interns in its Capital Markets division to work on Sales & Trading desks covering FICC products including bonds, FX, derivatives, and commodities.
Job description
Interns are assigned to one of four FICC desks (Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, or Derivatives) and work on market research, client strategy materials, and performance analytics while gaining exposure to capital markets infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Job requirements
- Rising juniors (Class of 2027) with a business or finance background
- GPA of 3.0+
- Strong Excel and presentation skills
- Interest in sales & trading or capital markets
- Prior internship or academic project experience in finance preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
