Hedge Fund Intern

The Citco Group is hiring Hedge Fund Interns for its Jersey City office. Interns support fund administration, client reporting, and internal operations.

Job description

As part of Citco’s Fund Services team, interns support core reporting, research, and client delivery processes. You’ll gain technical insight into hedge fund operations, reporting systems, and industry standards — preparing you for future finance roles.

Responsibilities

Learn and use proprietary fund reporting systems

Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and reporting

Conduct market and fund research as directed

Support administrative tasks and special projects

Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Job requirements

Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred)

Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior standing

Excellent communication and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and interest in fund administration
