Bessemer Venture Partners is hiring Summer 2026 Analysts in New York. Interns work on startup sourcing, diligence, and deal strategy during a 10-week on-site experience.

Job description

Interns will source new investments, conduct due diligence, and help develop investment theses. You'll meet 100+ founders, identify high-potential trends, and build your skills in business model analysis, founder evaluation, and venture strategy.

Responsibilities

Source and qualify early-stage startups

Analyze markets, trends, and sectors

Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence

Build and present investment theses

Participate in weekly firm events and offsite gatherings

Job requirements

Currently enrolled undergrad graduating Winter 2026 – Summer 2027

Deep curiosity about startups, tech, and entrepreneurship

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

Demonstrated leadership and initiative

Open to all majors with strong academic performance
