Private Equity Client Services Intern

Citco is hiring Private Equity Client Services Interns in Jersey City for Summer 2026. Interns will assist with fund administration, research, and reporting tasks under the guidance of senior professionals.

Job description

Interns will contribute to reporting, system use, research, and day-to-day tasks in support of fund clients. The role emphasizes learning core processes, service standards, and internal technologies.

Responsibilities

Learn Citco’s proprietary systems and reporting tools
Support client reporting and operational workflow
Conduct research on fund administration and prospective clients
Understand internal processes and service-level agreements
Collaborate with senior team members and other interns
Assist in ad hoc administrative and project-based work

Job requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Class of 2027 preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Interest in fund administration and private equity operations

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
