Job description
As a Corporate Finance Intern, you'll support live transactions, conduct market and sector analysis, and develop materials for client presentations. You'll work with senior bankers across cross-border advisory and capital markets mandates.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models for M&A and financing deals
- Assist in preparation of pitch books and industry analyses
- Conduct market and sector research
- Participate in execution of live transactions
- Work closely with origination and advisory bankers
Job requirements
- Available July–December 2025 for a full-time internship
- Fluent in English and French
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and accounting
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and highly motivated
- Must hold a valid internship agreement
