Summer Internship – Global Banking

BNP Paribas is hiring Summer 2026 Analysts to join its Global Banking division in New York. Interns will rotate across M&A, ECM, and Leveraged Finance.

Job description

Interns will work on active transactions in collaboration with industry and product teams across M&A, ECM, and Leveraged Finance. Responsibilities include preparing pitch materials, building models, conducting sector research, and supporting execution processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing client presentations and transaction materials

Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis

Perform industry and company research

Collaborate with M&A, ECM, and Leveraged Finance teams

Participate in networking, training, and speaker events

Job requirements

Graduation date: Winter 2026 – Spring 2027

All majors welcome; strong academic record preferred

Solid knowledge of Excel and modeling fundamentals

Interest in finance, investment banking, and capital markets

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in teams
