Blackstone’s Private Equity Off-Cycle Internship (Sep/Oct 2025 start) offers deep exposure to investment strategy, modeling, and deal execution across a variety of sectors.

Job description

This role offers the chance to work on the full lifecycle of private equity investments — from screening and modeling to closing and monitoring. Interns will be exposed to senior management, cross-functional teams, and live deal flow.

Responsibilities

Conduct investment research and financial modeling
Draft internal and external deal memos
Perform competitive and sector analysis
Support deal execution and transaction structuring
Participate in meetings, diligence sessions, and negotiations

Job requirements

Undergraduate or master’s student (or recent graduate)

Expected availability for 6 months starting Sept–Oct 2025

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Interest in private equity and financial markets

Prior experience in finance or consulting preferred
